Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a shipping carton.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received, our horologists will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
